Café Sitting and Sipping in Paris

My goal was to sit in a café and drink one drink just like the French and last as long as the French.

 So I have been studying them carefully they sit for at least one hour and sometimes one and a half only buying one drink (that is why the drinks are so expensive). So I've been trying it.  I have gotten to an hour and all the French people who sat down when I did were still there and I just couldn't make my drink last long enough.

 I decided to time each sip. First I tried sipping only when this one person I saw sipped and I found it took him 3 minutes between sips. So I now think I have the formula.

 I have now been going to café’s on a regular basis and I have a much better understanding on why this is such a wonderful thing to do.

 It is a great meditation and if you’re with a friend it is a wonderful time to just be together with no hurry involved. It seems I have to go about 4:00 for the best people watching and then sip very carefully.
