An early Happy Halloween to you too. When I was a school principal, I used to make a large display outside the door of my office. It included a scarecrow I made by stuffing some of my old clothes and putting on a jack-o-lantern head. His name was "Jack" of course and the kids looked forward to having him return each year. That was such fun. We had parades and costume contests and lots of fun. Guess schools are moving away from that these days. Too bad, the kids worked hard to get just a few hours of special time each year. - Margy
