My son makes cakes as an extra job and I am his assistant.
I love this because it takes us two days to make one of these wonderful cakes and I get to spend all that time with him. It is creative bonding time.
He was asked to make a "Lord of the Rings" graduation cake for a group of boys graduating this year and incorporate some of the boys interests into it. This is what we came up with. It took us two long days, lots of laughs and a few close calls. We also hope the mountain won’t fall over in transport tomorrow.
